Senior Technical Account Manager // Solutions Architect // Virtualisation Geek // VMware vExpert // VxRail Xpert // Tired dad of two kids

Anthony Poh – a Senior TAM with over 20 years of experience working within the IT industry….. given that he’s still employed it must mean that he’s doing something right…. (“fake it till you make it baby!”)
In those 20+ years, he has seen the market transition from main-frame to x86 rack servers to blades and now to virtualisation and cloud-based solutions.

Having been educated in the mystical arts of virtualisation, Anthony has as much (virtual) knowledge as what can be found using Google Search! In reality, he would rather prefer to be found sitting in front of his Xbox or watching another re-run of Shawshank Redemption on the TV!
Anthony is also an avid Arsenal fan with a sharp wit and a good sense of humour… (especially needed being an Arsenal fan!)

His current role is as a Senior Technical Account Manager at CloudHealth by VMware in the UK, responsible for providing technical account management, technical advisory, and relationship oversight for strategic Channel Partners within NEMEA….
(Although he would also like to think he has his head in the Clouds)

This blog has come about from the urge to leave a virtual footprint in the world, and to also help others whilst he’s at it! =)
